Directions:

From the North: Get off of US 10/61 at the Bailey Road/Maxwell Avenue exit. At the top of the ramp be in the left hand turn lane and continue up the hill going over I-494 and through the two stop-light interchanges. At the top of the hill at the four-way stop intersection, turn left into the main driveway of Bailey Nurseries, Inc. Bear right and head towards the newer building and park in the parking lot directly in front of the stairway into the HR building, or if there are no spaces available, continue on around the building to the right and park along the side.

From the East: Get off on the Bailey Road exit. At the top of the ramp turn left and head up the hill crossing over I-494.

From the South: Get off of US 10/61 at the Bailey Road/Maxwell Avenue exit. At the top of the ramp be in the right hand turn lane and continue up the hill going over I-494 and through the two stop-light interchanges.

From the West: Get off of I-494 on to US 10/61 going North. (This is counter-intuitive, but you have to trust me.) You need to stay in the off ramp lane going under I-494 because it becomes the off ramp lane to Bailey Road/Maxwell Avenue. At the top of the ramp be in the right hand turn lane and continue up the hill going over I-494 and through the two stop-light interchanges.

What

Main dishes, side dishes, salads and desserts are needed. Please consider bringing something for all to enjoy.

MASA provides beverages (and plates, utensils, etc).  MASA will also be providing sliced ham and sliced turkey.

This is an evening of fun, socializing, the wacky gift exchange game, the 2012 MASSY Awards, free door prizes, and much more!

  • sliced ham and turkey
  • "cookies or bars"
  • "jello salad of some kind"
  • cheese ball and crackers
  • chili
  • chili cheese dip and chips
  • Swedish meatballs
  • veggie tray and dip

Bring

  • Yourselves and your families
  • A tasty food item to share
  • Your MASA name badge
  • Optional but recommended: A wrapped rocket-related mystery gift item, total value no more than $15, for a fun gift exchange. Do not include identifying information.
    (NO gag gifts, please!)

Door Prizes

There will be drawings for lots of free prizes!  Everyone attending will be eligible for these drawings.  Must be present at the time of the drawing to win.  Drawing will be held around 7pm.

The drawings will be organized a bit differently this year than in the past.  There will be two groups of prizes:  Group 1 - kids 14 and under, and Group 2 - everyone else.  There should be enough Group 1 prizes so that all kids in attendance will each win something.  In Group 2, we are going for "quality instead of quantity".  This will make for a more exciting prize drawing, but not everyone in Group 2 will go home with a prize.  We still welcome all donations since we can always use them for future door prizes, special event prizes, FITI, etc.

Group 1 (Age 14 and under) Prizes will include:
